Q: IS THERE ANY SCREENING PROCEDURE FOR ZOLES HOME CARE CAREGIVERS?
A: Yes; (1) notarized affidavit of good moral character, (2) proof of local background check, (3) documentation of finger prints submitted to FDLE for screening and screening reports on file, (4) criminal records that include possible disqualifiers have been resolved through court dispositions. In addition, provider undergoes background re-screening every 5 years.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE CHILD CARE?
A: No. companion services are limited to adults only (i.e., 21 or older).

Q: CAN THE CAREGIVER BATH ME OR MY FAMILY?
A: No; the state law says that a homemaker/companion cannot provide any hands-on personal care to a client under the registration issued by AHCA. 

Q: HOW QUICKLY CAN SERVICES BE PROVIDED?
A: Generally services can be provided within a 48-hour period and often the same day.
Q: do you provide training to your staff?
A: In addition to their previous experience, our caregivers receive continuous training that includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to Zoles Home Care.
